Catching up on some well-deserved alone time, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie ditched their brood of six for a secret 27-hour escape at the luxe Amangiri resort in Lake Powell, Utah over the weekend (March 26-27).
"Brad said he was enjoying a little mommy and daddy time," a source close to the twosome told Us magazine of Pitt, who jetted from his New Orleans set of "Cogan's Trade" meet his leading lady.
The pair checked into their super-suite around 2 p.m., enjoyed a late dinner and then flew their private plane over Lake Powell the next morning.
A Jolie-Pitt pal told the press this of their romance, "Brad and Angie have a truly loving, caring, romantic relationship. They try to make it possible for to be together as much as possible, no matter how tight their schedules are. That's what makes them so successful in love."
