However after you get better understanding of their everyday life you can understand that despite the fact that it is female homosexual family everything else looks like just in normal American family. Julianne Moore and Annette Bening are playing well-established couple with two kids who suddenly took a decision to look for the guy who has donated his sperm. It appears to be that both kids and their biological father accept each other easily and spend lot of time together. As soon as Paul meets Nic and Jules you can expect even more confusion. The Kids Are All Right are not about lesbian relationships or about intolerance, actually I can state that it is one of the top movies about family relationships with pretty uncommon and unpredictable plot.


Shelter
It was a huge surprise for female psychiatrist played by famous and admired Julianne Moore to discover that one of her patients keeps some dark secrets. She never believed in anything superficial and now she faces the fact that multiple personalities of that mentally deceased guy are actually victims of some maniac. It looks like Bjorn Stein Mans Marlind wanted to stage really mysterious film with breathtaking plot and we consider his attempt to be successful. You well be surprised just as many times as the main hero of that movie and lots of twist would be absolutely unpredictable. We definitely reserve the place among top movies for the Shelter.

Limitless
Have you ever wondered what would happened if our ability to take in information and put it to use was actually limitless? If you have, then this is one of the best movies for you. The movie Limitless addresses thoughts and questions about what it might be like to have unlimited learning abilities. Eddie is the main character of the movie and as an ex-cocaine addict and copywriter, he is just getting by and doing what he has to in order to survive. Until he manages to find himself in possession of this new drug. Being Eddie, he can’t resist trying and finds himself on a trip that is unlike any other he’s ever been on. Suddenly, his brain is in overdrive and doing things that normally would never be possible like learning new languages in just hours. But you know this wouldn’t be one of the best movies if it were as simple as that, would it?

Rango
Rango is one of the best movies this year in the animated film category. Full of laughs and adventures, children and adults alike will enjoy this pet chameleon that is forced to adapt to an entirely different atmostphere when he finds himself living in the wild. In the true western town of Dirty, Rango must become brave – a hero even – when the townspeople look to him to solve their water problem. There’s even a love interest that gets just a bit of attention. This animated film has the usual interesting cast of characters to both help Rango and to get in the way of his plans. Hillbilly moles, an armadillo named Roadkill, and “The Spirit of the West” are just some of the characters that you will enjoy watching in one of the best movies in animation.

I Am Number Four
If you are looking for a great movie you have to check out I Am Number Four. This is one of the best movies about teens. It is for teens more or less but adults will love it, too. John Smith is the main character of the movie and he’s on the run from these people who are out to destroy him. He’s traveling with his guardian, Henri, and he has to change his identity often so that when he appears at a new school he is a different person. But this move is different because he falls in love and discovers these special new talents. He even meets people that understand him because they share the same destiny as him.
This is one of the best movies because it will keep you asking questions and find you bound to the screen until you find the answers.

Potiche
It was quite a long time ago when we saw these famous European actors together in one movie. This time you can enjoy stellar cast including Catherine Deneuve, Gerard Depardieu and Fabrice Luchini. The plot itself is pretty simple, Catherine plays a housewife who decides to run her husband’s umbrella business due to his illness.
The main charm of Potiche is actor play however since as you will the task to depict all these absolutely surprising family members was not that easy ay all. So if you expect that film to be among top 10 movies of that year due to incredible cast your expectations are close to reality

Of course Unknown is not the first or even second movie about identity theft and amnesia but you shouldn’t think that it repeats plots of other famous movies. On the contrary the director -- Jaume Collet-Serra tried to avoid predictable story twists and s a result we have a nice mix of thriller and mystery movie definitely worth watching. Outstanding performance of Liam Neeson in the role of min character is beyond any competition and he keeps us on the edge of the sit during the entire film. He plays middle-aged botanist who was invited to some strange conference together with his wife. However he has a car accident on the way and when he wakes up after that crash no onerecognizes him including his own wife. But what is even stranger someone pretends to be him! For Liam Unknown is definitely on of the top 10 movies he plyed in and for audience it is great chance to see a good combination of the twisted plot and decent actor play.


The Sunset Limited
Although the story of The Sunset Limited suits more for the theater stage it looks great in the cinema as well. I am sure that no one besides stellar Tommy Lee Jones could produce and direct this film.
The whole action takes place in one apartment where professor played by Tommy and convict who was released from the prison(magnificent Samuel L. Jackson) argue about the value of life. Samuel just saved that old man from a suicide that he tried to attempt on his birthday and now they face each other in shocking dialogue. I am sure that despite the fact that not everybody would accept that screenplay it is possible to place it among top 10 movies of the years

Tucker & Dale vs Evil
Tucker & Dale vs Evil is a low budget independent movie that tries to combine absolutely different genres – slasher horror and hilarious comedy!
It sounds really strange and actually there are lots of horror elements in that film but it is really funny! At first story looks like just many other horror movies about maniac and teenagers who are trapped far away from civilization.
However the more you watch the more interesting it becomes and jokes that re really on the edge are truly amazing. So Tucker & Dale vs Evil is another example of low budget film that can bet famous top movies with ease.

The Eagle
Kevin Macdonald likes and knows how to direct amazing pseudo-historical top movies that are just filled with action and high tension. His new screenplay The Eagle takes place in the times of The Roman Empire and all the details of that time are nicely presented in the movie including magnificent backgrounds. This film combines battle scenes, twisted diplomatic relationships and natural relations of soldier and his slave who actually hate each other. Channing Tatum and Mark Strong who lead the cast must get along with each other despite their feelings since they have a quest to find valuable emblem called Eagle of the Ninth and have to face numerous dangers on their way. If you liked previous films of the same director such as The Last King of Scotland you should definitely take a look at one of top 10 movies in its category.
